The Trust
"Kievvodbud" (founded in February 16, 1961) was one of the first founders of the
JSC "Gammaplast Ukraine", incorporated within the Ministry of Melioration and
Water Management of UkrSSR, which was founded for the purpose of water supply
systems, melioration and other objects construction, connected with the maintenance
of water management in Ukraine. PMC, BMA (Building and Mouting Administration), ATC, MCP plants and other organizations
were included into the Trust structure .
The trust specialization on water supply systems and melioration buildings
was an impact to, that in 1984 on the manufacturing area of the MCP plant (Boryspol
area) which was incorporated in Trust the manufacturing area was build on production
of polymer tubes for water supply and sewerage - the ancestor is JSC "Gammaplast
Ukraine".
The company had been permanently improving the quality and
expanding the diversity of productions since the first years of its existence.
The manufacture of drainage corrugated polyethylene pipes, steel tubes insulated
by bitumen and concrete-sand solution, polyethylene pellicle, twisted drainage
pipes of steep location from PVC (Polyvinilchloride) was gradually mastered, own laboratory for a
qualification test of production was created.
The production items of
the enterprise were in a great demand, its quality had approved reputation in
UkrSSR, and abroad as well. The pipes, produced by the enterprise, were delivered
to other republics of the USSR, particularly to Armenia, for liquidation of earthquake
consequences in Spitak city.
The plant annually consumed about 1200 tons
of polyethylene and shipped to customers from 900 up to 1000 km of tubes.
During the privatization period in Ukraine, the enterprise was incorporated into
the structure of JSC "Kievvodbud" by the solution of working staff in 1996.
The solution as to the separation and foundation of the self- managed company
on the basis of manufacturing area in Boryspol was accepted by general meeting
of shareholders on April 9, 1999.
In December, 1999 after the company separation from JSC "Kievvodbud", JSC "Gammaplast
Ukraine " was registered by the solution of Executive Committee of Municipal Administration
of Boryspol, under the # 107 dated from December 2 1999, as the company, specialized
in polymer tubes, pellicle and other polymer products manufacturing, and also
in pipelines and water supply systems mounting both for legal and physical entities.
At the beginning of 2000 specialized warehouse-shop on the territory of the old
warehouse of the company began its work.
Nowadays the production of main items is going simultaneously with constant
improvement and technical modernization of manufacturing process aimed at mastering
of new progressive technologies of production.
